Investment Property definition

Investment Property the collective reference to (i) all “investment property” as such term is defined in Section 9-102(a)(49) of the New York UCC (other than any Foreign Subsidiary Voting Stock excluded from the definition ofPledged Stock”) and (ii) whether or not constituting “investment property” as so defined, all Pledged Notes and all Pledged Stock.
Investment Property means a security, whether certificated or uncertificated, Security Entitlement, Securities Account, Commodity Contract or Commodity Account, excluding, however, the Securities Collateral.
Investment Property means all “investment property”, as such term is defined in the UCC, now owned or hereafter acquired by any Person, wherever located.

Investment Property means a security, whether certificated or uncertificated, security entitlement, securities account, commodity contract, or commodity account.
Investment Property means all of the Borrower's investment property, as such term is defined in the UCC, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, including but not limited to all securities, security entitlements, securities accounts, commodity contracts, commodity accounts, stocks, bonds, mutual fund shares, money market shares and U.S. Government securities.

Investment Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 9-102(a)(49) of the UCC.
