Lessee’s Equipment definition

Lessee’s Equipment. As defined in Section 6.2.
Lessee’s Equipment means any and all fixtures and fittings and other equipment installed in or brought on to or kept in the Premises by the Lessee;
Lessee’s Equipment means all machinery, equipment, furniture, furnishings and other personal property (i) installed by Lessee or its permitted sublessees or permitted occupants in, on or about the Premises and (ii) not used or procured for use in connection with the operation, maintenance and protection of the Premises, as such, but used or procured for use directly in connection with the business conducted thereon;

Examples of Lessee’s Equipment in a sentence

  • Subject to a Pre-approval Request by the Lessor in accordance with Sections 1.2 and 3.2 of the Agreement, payment by the Lessor must be made to Lessee's Equipment Vendor, on or before the Vendor Payment Date given in an Appendix.

  • Lessee, its agents or representatives may at all reasonable times enter the Leased Property and Additional Leased Property for the purpose of installation, operation, inspection, maintenance, removal, repair and replacement of Lessee's Equipment.

  • Subject to a Pre-approval Request by the Lessor in accordance with Sections 1.31 and 3.2 of the Agreement, payment by the Lessor must be made to Lessee's Equipment Vendor, on or before the Vendor Payment Date given in an Appendix.

  • Any relocation of Lessee's Equipment will be done in a manner that will not result in any degradation of Lessee's provision of wireless communications services to Public Safety Entities, including availability, coverage, performance or functionality of service provided to Public Safety Entities.

  • Subject to a Pre-approval Request by the Lessor in accordance with Sections 1.2 and 3.2 of the Agreement, payment by the Lessor must be made to Lessee's Equipment Vendor or to the Lessee, pursuant to the Lessee's reimbursement resolution, and where the Lessee has already made full payment to the Equipment Vendor, on or before the Vendor Payment Date given in an Appendix.


More Definitions of Lessee’s Equipment

Lessee’s Equipment means a rack system and any other equipment of the Lessee intended for installation or installed in the Premises at any time during the Lease Period;
Lessee’s Equipment means any telephone, telephone switching, telephone and data cabling, furniture, computers, servers, Lessee’s trade fixtures and other personal property to be installed by or on behalf of Lessee in the Demised Premises.
Lessee’s Equipment shall have the meaning given to such term in the Lease.
Lessee’s Equipment has the meaning given to it in Section 6.09.
Lessee’s Equipment means Lessee's machinery, apparatus, furnishings and other equipment that is (i) not paid for, directly or indirectly, with proceeds from the Bonds or the Certificate, (ii) not included in any requisition or in any disbursement from the Facility Fund or any advance under the Certificate, (iii) not a fixture or otherwise affixed to any part of the Property, and (iv) not in replacement for any of the property described in clauses (I) through (iii) above or for any of the other Building Equipment.
Lessee’s Equipment means shall mean the Equipment installed in the Premises and servicing them belonging to the Lessee on any right; ‘‘Force majeure circumstances’’ shall mean circumstances and events considered as such by the effective legislation;
Lessee’s Equipment means equipment which (a) is personal property or a fixture but otherwise shall not constitute real property, (b) is not financed with any Advance, (c) is not a replacement for any Equipment, (d) is not a Modification required by any Legal Requirement or any Insurance Requirement, (e) is not necessary or appropriate for the mechanical operation, utility service, structure or for any other such purpose relating to the physical plant of any Property and (f) may be removed from any Property without causing material damage to such Property.
