Permitted Occupants definition

Permitted Occupants means the Principal Occupant and the other persons named in the Schedule as permitted occupants.
Permitted Occupants means the Tenant’s recognised dependants and any other person that they, or the Tenant have permitted into the MCA Residence.
Permitted Occupants means, collectively, Tenant, its permitted successors, assigns and subtenants, Permitted Users and Affiliate Users.

Examples of Permitted Occupants in a sentence

  • The University may reassign the Resident or other Permitted Occupants if the University deems it necessary or desirable in order to protect the ability of other occupants of the Premises (or the Building) to enjoy a reasonably orderly living and academic environment, or to protect the health and safety of such other occupants.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, the University may exercise its reassignment rights hereunder if: (i) the inappropriate conduct or living habits of the Resident or any Permitted Occupants have caused other occupants of the Premises or the Building to vacate or request reassignment to other University Housing; or (ii) if the University has received legitimate complaints from other occupants of the premises or the building attributable to the behavior of Resident or Permitted Occupants.


More Definitions of Permitted Occupants

Permitted Occupants means the person(s) set out in Schedule 1 who is/are a person(s) licensed by the Landlord to reside at the Premises for the duration of the Tenancy.
Permitted Occupants shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.10 hereof.

Any act, omission or default of any provision of the Lease caused by any such Permitted Occupants shall be deemed an act, omission or default by Tenant. Nothing contained in the Lease (including the provisions of this Paragraph 16) or otherwise (including the provision of any services to the Leased Premises) shall be deemed to (a) create any landlord-tenant or other relationship between Landlord and any Permitted Occupant, or (b) create any liability or obligation on the part of Landlord to any Permitted Occupant.
Permitted Occupants means persons, entities, relocated corporations, consultants, business associates, business partners, clients or customers of Tenant, who are occupying space on a written contractual basis with Tenant and are either performing services for Tenant as subcontractors, contractors or vendors under Tenant’s contracts or are personnel employed by persons or entities for whom Tenant is performing services on a contractual basis. In addition, Tenant shall have the right to allow outside individuals and entities to use classrooms in the Premises on an hourly or daily basis for a fee, provided that such use does not, in Landlord’s reasonable judgment, unreasonably interfere with any other tenants’ use of their premises in the Building. Tenant shall have the right to charge for such use of classrooms and shall have the right to retain the proceeds of such use of classrooms. The use of classrooms shall be subject to all of the provisions of this Lease.
Permitted Occupants means: (a) any number of people who are all related by blood, marriage, adoption, or court sanctioned guardianship; (b) two (2) unrelated people; or

Related to Permitted Occupants

  • Permitted Occupier means if used in the Agreement, any person who is licensed or permitted by the Landlord to reside at the Property together with the Tenant and who does so as a rent free licensee of the Tenant.

  • Transient occupancy means occupancy in transient lodging that has all of the following

  • Single Room Occupancy or “SRO” means housing consisting of single room dwelling units that is the primary residence of its occupant or occupants. An SRO does not include facilities for students.

  • Child-occupied facility means a building or portion of a building constructed prior to 1978, visited regularly by the same child, age six years or younger on at least two different days within any week (Sunday through Saturday period), provided that each day’s visit lasts at least three hours and the combined weekly visit lasts at least six hours, and the combined annual visits last at least 60 hours. Child-occupied facilities may include, but are not limited to, day-care centers, preschools and kindergarten classrooms.

  • Occupants means employees, visitors or invitees at NYC owned or managed buildings.

  • Prior Occupancy means Owner’s use of all or parts of the Project before Substantial Completion, as more fully set forth in Section 6.08 A.

  • the Premises means the building or part of the building booked and referred to in the contract

  • bicycle parking space means an area used for parking or storing a bicycle;

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
