Data Cabling Clause Samples

The Data Cabling clause defines the responsibilities and standards for installing, maintaining, or upgrading data cabling within a property or project. It typically outlines which party is responsible for providing and installing the necessary cabling infrastructure, specifies compliance with relevant technical standards, and may address issues such as access to existing cabling or the removal of obsolete wiring. This clause ensures that data connectivity needs are clearly addressed, minimizing disputes over responsibility and ensuring that the property meets modern communication requirements.
