Distributor’s Equipment definition

Distributor’s Equipment means the Fittings and Metering Equipment owned by the Distributor, the Distributor’s agent, or any other third party with whom the Distributor has contracted with for the use by the Distributor of the party’s Fittings or Metering Equipment that are from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises;
Distributor’s Equipment means the Fittings belonging to the Distributor which are from time to time installed in, over, or upon a Consumer’s Premises. All equipment within the Consumer’s Premises that is integral to the operation of the Distribution Network and is on the Distribution Network side of the Consumer’s Point of Supply is the property of the Distributor;
Distributor’s Equipment means the Fittings and Metering Equipment belonging to the Distributor or the Distributor's Agent which is from time to time installed in, over or upon a Consumer’s Premises;

  • The Trader must ensure that it and its employees, agents, and invitees do not interfere with or damage the Distributor’s Equipment or Network (including, without limitation, for a period of 6 months after termination of this Agreement) without the prior written consent of the Distributor (except to the extent that emergency action has to be taken to protect the health or safety of persons or to prevent damage to property).

  • The Trader must, subject to clause 29.1, include in each of its Customer Agreements (subject to any written agreement between the Trader and the Distributor) an undertaking by the Customer to provide and maintain, at no cost to the Distributor, suitable space for the safe and secure housing of any of the Distributor’s Equipment relating primarily to the connection to the Network of Points of Connection at the Customer’s Premises that the Distributor determines is necessary.

Distributor’s Equipment means the switchgear, metering or other equipment, lines or other parts of the Distributor’s System or any other property or rights of the Distributor;

  • Customer Equipment means all appliances, piping, vents, connectors, valves, fittings or any other gas utilization or distribution equipment at or on the Customer’s side of the Point of Delivery with the exception of Company owned facilities, e.g., Compressed Natural Gas (“CNG”) re-fueling facilities. Customer Equipment also includes equipment leased by the Customer from third parties.

  • Rental Equipment means tangible personal property sold, rented, leased, or licensed to customers to the extent that the item is actually used by the customer for rental, lease, or license to others; provided that:

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • New Equipment means except for any equipment or modified equipment to which 567—subrule 23.1(2) applies, any equipment or control equipment not under construction or for which components have not been purchased on or before September 23, 1970, and any equipment which is altered or modified after such date, which may cause the emission of air contaminants or eliminate, reduce or control the emission of air contaminants.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Metering Equipment means the potential transformers, current transformers, meters, interconnecting wiring and recorders used to meter any Metered Quantity.

  • Covered Equipment means the Apple Watch, HomePod, iPad (including iPad Input Devices), iPhone, iPod, or Apple- or Beats-branded headphones identified by the product serial number shown on Your POC certificate (or in the case of an iPad Input Device as evidenced by Your proof of purchase), as well as the original accessories supplied in the same box. The Covered Equipment must have been purchased or leased as new from Apple or an Apple Authorised Reseller no more than sixty (60) days before the date You purchase this Policy or, where legal ownership of the Covered Equipment has been transferred to You, the Policy must have been transferred to You pursuant to clause 11 of this Policy.

  • Mobility enhancing equipment means equipment, other than durable medical equipment or a motor vehicle or equipment on a motor vehicle normally provided by a motor vehicle manufacturer, dispensed pursuant to a prescription, including repair or replacement parts for that equipment, that is all of the following:

  • Fuel burning equipment means equipment whose primary purpose is the production of energy or power from the combustion of any fuel. The equipment is generally used for, but not limited to, heating water, generating or circulating steam, heating air as in warm air furnace, or furnishing process heat by transferring energy by fluids or through process vessel walls.

  • Property, Plant and Equipment means any item of real property, or any interest therein, buildings, improvements and machinery.
