Examples of JSC Members in a sentence

  • Each Party shall provide the other Party’s JSC Members with such further information regarding such activities and results as they may reasonably request.

  • Either Party (through its JSC Members or otherwise) may present to the JSC a proposal for the use of all or a portion of the Unallocated Amount for the conduct of research and development of Licensed Products, Licensed Technology, Future Products or Future Technology.

  • Each Party shall have sole discretion over the appointment of its JSC Members including choice of appointees and length of service of each.

  • Each Party may change its JSC Members by written notice to the other Party.

  • A Party may change either or both of its JSC Members at any time but shall give notice to the other Party of any such change as soon as reasonably practical.

  • Any such Interim Voting Meeting shall take place via emailed notice to all JSC Members.

  • Once the need to call an Interim Voting Meeting has been agreed by the JSC co-chairpersons, information on the matter requiring attention and voting by the JSC shall be distributed by emailed notice to the entire JSC Members.

  • Reasonably in advance of each such meeting, Company shall deliver to NovaQuest’s JSC Members an agenda of the meeting and any background materials to be discussed.

  • Notwithstanding the number of Pfizer JSC Members or BioNTech JSC Members, each Party will have one (1) vote, and the JSC will make decisions on a unanimous basis.

  • The JSC may change its size from time to time by mutual consent of the Parties, provided that the JSC shall consist at all times of an equal number of JSC Members of each Party.

Related to JSC Members

  • Class B Members means all such Persons.

  • Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.

  • New Members As Defined By the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 (PEPRA)

  • Founding Members means the collective reference to American Multi-Cinema, Inc., a Missouri corporation, Cinemark Media, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Regal CineMedia Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • Initial Members means those Persons whose names are set forth in the first sentence of this Agreement. A reference to an “Initial Member” means any of the Initial Members.

  • Voting Members has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07(b).

  • Team Members means the members of the Team, jointly and severally;

  • Members means all such Persons.

  • Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;

  • Committee Members means persons formally appointed by the Board to sit on or to chair specific committees.

  • Associate Members means the individuals or firms which have agreed to Joint Venture in connection with the Project;

  • Class B Member means a Member holding one or more Class B Ordinary Shares.

  • Majority Members means Members holding a majority of the Units owned by all Members or if there is only one Member, such Member.

  • Additional Members means those Members, if any, admitted to the Company after the Effective Date.

  • Class A Member means a Member holding one or more Class A Ordinary Shares.

  • Unit Holders means all Unit Holders.

  • Limited Partners means all such Persons.

  • Remaining Members has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2.

  • Class C Member means a Member holding the Class C Ordinary Share.

  • Tribal Member means an enrolled member of the Tribe.

  • Consortium Members means the members of the Consortium, formed by the Bidder for purposes of the Transaction in accordance with this RFP and shall include members who have submitted the Format for Consortium Agreement (Annexure 5) specified in the RFP.
