Majority Members definition
Majority Members means Members holding a majority of the Units owned by all Members or if there is only one Member, such Member.
Majority Members means the Manager together with Members (other than the Manager and its controlled Affiliates) holding a majority of the Voting Units (excluding Voting Units held by the Manager) then outstanding.
Majority Members means the Members holding a majority of the Voting Units then outstanding other than Voting Units held by the Manager or any of its Affiliates.

This Agreement may be amended or modified from time to time only by a written instrument executed and agreed to by the Majority Members.
