Members definition

Members means all such Persons.
Members means the companies, organisations, persons and entities who are, during the term of the Agreement, members of SAMRO (including the members of the Affiliated Societies), and who have licensed, assigned and/or mandated the licensing of the Performance of Works of Music owned and/or controlled by them to SAMRO and/or the Affiliated Societies, as the case may be.
Members means the persons who are duly registered as the holders from time to time of shares in the register including persons who are jointly so registered.

  • Such amendments will be binding upon all Members of the Authority on the date set forth therein, and failure of a Member to abide by any amendment may result in involuntary termination as provided in the Bylaws.

More Definitions of Members

Members shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.03(i).
