Development Budget. Attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by this reference is the Development Budget in an amount equal to $_____________. Owner acknowledges and represents that the attached Development Budget includes the total costs and expenses to acquire, develop, renovate and construct the Real Property and the Apartment Housing.
Development Budget. Prior to October 31, 2018, Developer shall submit a Development Budget, prepared in accordance with general principles for construction and development budgeting, to RDA for approval. The Development Budget shall include:
Development Budget. The Project Manager shall produce a budget for expenditures incurred or expected to be incurred by or on behalf of the Parties during the Development Process, which shall set forth a reasonably detailed break down of expected Development Costs and Deferred Costs.
Development Budget. Borrower shall have prepared and Lender and Construction Consultant shall have approved the Development Budget (including both the Building Loan Budget and the Project Loan Budget) and the Disbursement Schedule.
Development Budget. “Development Budget” means the Development Budget with respect to the Project included as part of the Development Plan approved as provided in Section 8.4, as such budget may, from time to time, be amended in accordance with this Agreement and the Development Management Agreement. 1.40
Development Budget. The Joint Development Committee shall ------------------ review on a quarterly basis the actual Development Expenses against the budget for such expenses in the applicable Calendar Year. If in the course of its quarterly review of Development Expenses, the Joint Development Committee should determine for any Collaboration Product that for any study or activity the actual amounts incurred are likely to be higher than budgeted, the Joint Development Committee shall review the reasons for such potential overrun and determine whether such overrun is appropriate. If the Joint Development Committee determines that such overrun is appropriate, the Joint Development Committee will assess whether such overrun is likely to result in an overrun of the budget for Development Expenses for such Collaboration Product and if required, will agree on a revised budget for such Development Expenses for such Collaboration Product for subsequent approval by the Joint Steering Committee. If the Joint Development Committee determines that such overrun is not appropriate, the Joint Development Committee will take such actions as required to remedy the situation.
Development Budget. The Development Budget attached as Schedule 8.17 is true, correct and complete, shows all sources and uses of funds and provides for all costs and expenses to be incurred in connection with the acquisition and development of the Land, the construction and equipping of the Improvements, all financing fees and interest expenses on the Loan through the Expiration Date (without any extensions), and all other items of cost and expense to be incurred in connection with the design and construction of the Improvements, the leasing of the Improvements and the closing of the Loan, including without limitation all costs and expenses to be incurred pursuant to the Construction and Development Documents and Project Covenant Documents.
Development Budget.
