Panel Member definition

Panel Member. ’ means a member of a panel;
Panel Member means a Representative Subscriber appointed by a Panel Master for the purposes of receiving one or more invitations to an Electronic Workspace(s) and acting for the Panel Master in a given Conveyancing Transaction.
Panel Member has the meaning given to that term in Clause 5.5.

Examples of Panel Member in a sentence

  • A Disciplinary Panel Member having an interest in a matter to be considered must declare that interest as soon as he or she is aware of it and must have no further involvement in that case.

  • If the Panel Member is excluded from participating in the application, The FA will appoint a replacement Panel Member (to whom this paragraph shall also apply).

  • The club will be notified of the identity of the Panel Members and have the opportunity to challenge the appointment of any Panel Member on the basis of an actual or perceived conflict of interest.

Panel Member means either:
Panel Member or "Member" means any attorney listed by the Service from time to time as eligible to receive referrals of legal matters in any of the Panel Categories or Sub-Categories. "Panel Membership" or "Membership" means the status of an attorney as a Panel Member.
