Class C Member definition

Class C Member means a Member holding the Class C Ordinary Share.

Class C Member means a holder of a Class C Membership Interest.

Class C Member means a Member holding Class C Units.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Class C Conversion Date shall be extended with respect to any Class C Units held by any Class C Member for the duration of any Makeup Period (as defined in the Members Agreement) applicable to any VPR associated with such Class C Units.

• Each Class C Member agrees to take into account such distributive share in computing its Federal income tax liability for the entire period during which it holds the Class C Unit.

More Definitions of Class C Member

Class C Member means any Person (i) who has become a Member pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and (ii) who is the owner of one or more Class C Units. “Class C Members” means all such Persons.

Class C Member means a Person designated as a Class C member of the Company pursuant to the terms of the operating agreement of the Company.

Class C Member means any Member who joined the Scheme before 17 March 1987 or who joined subsequently and who the Board of Inland Revenue have agreed in writing to be a Class C Member by virtue of previous membership of a Relevant Scheme and, in either case, has not opted to become a Class A Member.

Class C Member means any Member holding one or more Class C Units, in its capacity as such.

Class C Member means the Initial Class C Member, and includes any successor or permitted assign of such Initial Class C Member and each additional and/or subsequent Class C Member.

Class C Member includes CUSA and any other Member to whom a Class C Member Transfers a Membership Interest in accordance with this Agreement; provided, however, that a Class C Member shall cease to be a Class C Member upon the Transfer of all of such Person’s Membership Interest in accordance with this Agreement.
