Interim Budget definition

Interim Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 5.9.
Interim Budget means the interim budget of the Company agreed upon between the Collateral Agent and the Company that was in effect prior to the implementation of the Turnaround Plan.

More Definitions of Interim Budget

Interim Budget is defined below in Section 7(a).
Interim Budget shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.20.
Interim Budget means the budget annexed to this Agreement at Schedule 1;
Interim Budget means the operating budget and capital expenditure plan agreed to in writing on the date of this Agreement by parties with respect to the operations and capital expenditures of PsyTech and its subsidiaries between the date of this Agreement and the Effective Time and which specifies the net working capital as of the date of this Agreement;
