This Agreement shall take effect from the beginning of the first pay period to commence on or after the date of approval by the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales and shall remain in force until 30 June 2008.
If a matter has been progressed either to the end of Stage 2 or the end of Stage 3 under this procedure, and it has not been resolved to the satisfaction of both parties, either party to the dispute may refer it to the Australian Industrial Relations Commission in accordance with the Disputes Resolution Procedure.
In the event of failure of the parties to agree on any matter which is within the scope of the Committee to consider, members of the Committee have the right to refer that matter for resolution to the Australian Industrial Relations Commission in accordance with the Disputes Resolution Procedure.
The first increase of 4% will be made available from the first full pay period on or after the date of approval by the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales.
This includes claims relation to changes arising from award variations or decisions of the New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission other than changes that are consistent with the terms of this Agreement.
