Industrial Relations Commission means the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales, established by the Industrial Relations Act 1996.

CLAUSE 5 DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION This Agreement shall operate from the first of July 2009 and remain in force for a period of 3 years until the 30th June 2012. The Parties commit to commence negotiations on a further agreement not less than six months prior to the expiration of this agreement. CLAUSE 6 RELATIONSHIP TO AWARD AND PREVIOUS AGREEMENTS 6.1 This Agreement supersedes all previous Enterprise Agreements which may hitherto have covered the
