In addition all full-time and part-time employees who work an average of 5 days per week or a roster which includes at least one Tuesday in the roster cycle shall be entitled to an additional day on the first Tuesday in November each year. Such additional day shall be treated as paid time off or pay in lieu, but work performed on that day shall not attract public holiday penalty rates.
NEW SOUTH WALES. Picnic Day (First Tuesday in November or on any other day agreed to by the Union). The day shall be treated as an additional day off or pay in lieu. NEW SOUTH WALES. 6. The New South Wales Agreement was signed in July 1998. The Aboriginal Housing Office (XXX) was established under the Aboriginal Housing Act 1998 as a result of the Agreement. The XXX has an Indigenous board which consists of an independent chair; six members nominated by ATSIC; six specialist members including a New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council representative; and the Chief Executive Officer of the XXX who is a non-voting member.

NEW SOUTH WALES. 1 - INCIDENCE APPLICATION AND SCOPE This Appendix shall apply to members of The Federated Engine Drivers' and Firemen's Association of Australasia, employed by respondent employers to the Mobile Crane Hiring Award, 1988 as amended or any roping-in award made with respect to that award, who perform work within the scope of the award in the State of New South Wales. The provisions of the Mobile Crane Hiring Award, 1988, as amended, shall apply to such work unless any such provisions are inconsistent with the provisions of this Appendix, in which case, the provisions of the Appendix shall prevail. Provided that this Appendix shall not apply on a site on which another agreement or award has been negotiated to apply to all employees on the site and which the client expects the employer parties hereto to observe. In the event of any dispute arising concerning the application of this Appendix and agreement on the matter cannot be reached by the parties, the matter shall be referred to the Australian Industrial Relations Commission for determination.
