An Ex Clause Samples
An Ex. Officio Director appointed by the Board in accordance with this section shall exercise the same authority, and shall be subject to the same duties and limitations, as a Rotating Director described Article 3, section 3.b, except that:
An Ex gratia shall be paid to an employee who has attained the age of retirement in accordance with the National Insurance Corporation Act and has been continuously employed for a minimum of ten (10) years.
An Ex. Spouse Participant selecting a start date for their pension which is after their Normal Annuity Age may defer choosing any other benefits under this Paragraph 7 until three months before the selected start date.
