Examples of Grant Award Agreement in a sentence
The grant period end date is June 30 of the state fiscal year in which requested grant funding is appropriated by the Florida Legislature, unless an end date extension is approved by the Division and a written contract extension is executed by both parties prior to the original end date of the Grant Award Agreement.
This is not intended to be an exhaustive list, and the Division may evaluate the allowability of all expenditures in accordance with applicable Federal and State statutes, regulations, these guidelines or the terms and conditions of the Grant Award Agreement.
Grant funds resources must be expended as outlined in the Grant Award Agreement and properly documented as required by the Division.
Non-allowable expenses will not be considered part of the Grant Award Agreement and cannot be incorporated or encompassed within any other allowable category.
Progress reports, along with any supporting or required information that documents Project status, shall be submitted via the Department grants online system and meet the established deadlines indicated in the Grant Award Agreement.
