Performance Grant definition

Performance Grant means an Award subject, in part, to the terms, conditions and restrictions described in Section 9, pursuant to which the recipient may become entitled to receive cash, Class A Shares, Other Real Goods Securities or property, or other forms of payment, or any combination thereof, as determined by the Committee.
Performance Grant means a grant made pursuant to Section 9 of the Plan, the Award of which is contingent on the achievement of specific Performance Goals during a Performance Period, determined using a specific Performance Measure, all as specified in the grant agreement relating thereto.
Performance Grant means an award conferring a right, contingent upon the attainment of specified Performance Measures within a specified Performance Period, to receive shares of Common Stock, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Units, cash, or any combination thereof, as determined by the Committee or as evidenced in the Agreement relating to such Performance Grant.

  • Contractor’s failure to perform or observe any term, covenant or condition of this document (Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Emergency Management Performance Grant Program Requirements for Procurement Contracts) shall constitute an event of default under this Agreement.

  • The Committee shall establish a Performance Measure for each Performance Period for determining the portion of the Performance Grant which will be earned or forfeited based on the extent to which the Performance Goals are achieved or exceeded.
