Performance Stock Award definition
Performance Stock Award means a Stock Award granted under the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(i).
Performance Stock Award or “Performance Stock” shall mean an Award granted under Article XII of the Plan under which, upon the satisfaction of predetermined Performance Goals, Shares are paid to the Holder.
Performance Stock Award means an award of shares of Stock to be issued to an Eligible Person if specified predetermined performance goals are satisfied as described in Article VII.

More Definitions of Performance Stock Award
Performance Stock Award means an award of shares of Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(d).
