Improvement Plans definition

Improvement Plans means the engineering plans showing types of materials and construction details for the physical structures and facilities to be installed both in, or in conjunction with, the subdivision.

More Definitions of Improvement Plans

Improvement Plans means the improvement plans described in Section 5.l(q), to the extent applicable to Seller's Improvements, as the same may be modified as required by the City during the course of construction.

Improvement Plans means the improvement, grading and landscape plans prepared by M Squared Engineering LLC, with last revision dated , submitted by the Developer as approved by the City, along with any approved amendments or supplements. A true and complete copy of the Improvement Plans is attached hereto as Exhibit C and is incorporated herein by reference.
Improvement Plans means the final working plans and specifications for the construction of the Project, including, but not limited to, drawings, specifications, details and manuals for the construction of the Project prepared and signed by the Architect. All mechanical, electrical, structural and other specialized drawings and specifications shall be signed by licensed engineers of the respective disciplines normally responsible for such drawings and specifications.
Improvement Plans must be consistent with Landlord's' standard specifications (the "Standards") for tenant improvements for the Building, as the same may be changed from time to time by Landlord. Landlord, with Tenant's cooperation, shall cause changes to be made in the Tenant Improvement Plans only as necessary to obtain the building permit. No further changes to the Tenant Improvement Plans may be made without the prior written approval from both Landlord and Tenant, and then only after agreement by Tenant to pay any excess costs resulting from the design and/or construction of such changes.
