At the time of grant of a Restricted Stock Unit Award, the Board will determine the consideration, if any, to be paid by the Participant upon delivery of each share of Common Stock subject to the Restricted Stock Unit Award.

More Definitions of Unit Award

Unit Award means an award of Units under the Plan, which Units shall be issued on the Issue Date(s) determined in accordance with Section 6(b)(i) hereof, subject to adjustment pursuant to the provisions of such Section 6(b)(i);
