Award Notice definition

Award Notice means the notice to the Participant.

Award Notice means a written notice issued by the Company to a Participant evidencing such Participant's receipt of an Award with respect to a Performance Period.

Award Notice means the written document establishing the terms, conditions, restrictions, and/or limitations of an Award in addition to those established by this Plan and by the Committee’s exercise of its administrative powers. The Committee will establish the form of the written document in the exercise of its sole and absolute discretion.

• The successful Supplier shall be notified of the award of a contract by the City of Detroit upon issuance of a "Contract Award Notice" or a Purchase Order from the Office of Contracting and Procurement.

• The "Contract Award Notice" shall contain the date the contract award was approved.

• In this case, we will provide the debriefing as soon as practicable, and normally no later than fifteen (15) Days from the date of publication of the Contract Award Notice.

More Definitions of Award Notice

Award Notice means the Notice of Award of Time-Based Restricted Stock Units delivered to Participant in which there is set forth the basic terms of the restricted stock units subject to this Agreement, including (without limitation) the applicable vesting schedule for those units.

Award Notice means a notice or agreement provided to a Participant that sets forth the terms, conditions and limitations of the Participant’s participation in this Plan, including, without limitation, the Participant’s Target Award.
