Device or Devices means the equipment supplied by LCS and used by the Purchaser to send/receive transmissions on or across the Network, including any wireless modem, SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) Card, and any accessories or related equipment.

Device or Devices means a mobile Device purchased from or distributed by TRAKPRO intended to be used by Customer to Track and/or monitor Monitored Users.

• The Provider shall provide the system requirements for the Service, for example the compatible operating system versions of smart devices, etc., (hereinafter referred to as "Device" or "Devices"), to the Applicant, through the Internet and/or other ways agreed upon between the Applicant and the Provider.

• The Mobile Device (“Mobile Device” or “Device”) subject to this Agreement shall be the Device or Devices expressly set forth on the Order Form or Purchase Receipt.

• This Article shall survive the termination of this Agreement for whatsoever reason.

• For clarity, such material obligations may apply to the performance of either: (a) this Agreement in its entirety, in which case this provision shall apply to the entire Agreement; (b) a specific Device or Device(s), in which case this provision shall apply only to such affected Device or Device(s); or (c) a specific country or countries within the Territory, in which case this provision shall apply only to such affected country or countries.

• The Provider grants the Applicant, in accordance with this Agreement, a non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Application on which the Service is installed with respect to each smart device (hereinafter referred to as the "Device" or "Devices") on which the Application is used.
