Permitted Copies. A Licensed Product may not make, or cause to be made, a copy of Decrypted Type 1 Audio DT Data encoded as Copy One Generation (“copy-permitted-per-type” as set out in the Specification) unless each copy (a) is made as Transitory Audio Data or (b) is made using a method set out in Section 3.1.1.
