Font Software. If the Software includes font software, then Licensee may (a) use the font software on Licensee's Computers in connection with Licensee's use of the Software as permitted under this Agreement; (b) output such font software on any output devices connected to Licensee's Computers; (c) convert and install the font software into another format for use in other environments provided that use of the converted font software may not be distributed or transferred for any purpose except in accordance with the transfer section in this Agreement; and (d) embed copies of the font software into Licensee's electronic documents for the purpose of printing and viewing the document, provided that if the font software Licensee is embedding is identified as "licensed for editable embedding" on Adobe's website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/type/browser/legal/embeddingeula.html, Licensee may also embed copies of that font software for the additional limited purpose of editing Licensee's electronic documents.
Font Software. The Software contains font software which generates typeface designs ("Font Software"). You may not separate the Font Software from the Software. You may not alter Font Software for the purpose of adding any functionality which such Font Software did not have when delivered to you as part of the Software. You may not embed Font Software into a document which is distributed as a commercial product in exchange for a fee or other consideration (For example, End-Users shall not embed Font Software into an electronic book that is offered to the public for a fee).

Font Software. The font software you selected to license (the “Font Software”), is the property of Ambor. The term “Font Software” includes any related documentation, updates and permitted copies of the Font Software licensed to you by Ambor. As used in this Agreement, the term “Ambor” means collectively Ambor, Xxxxx.xxx, its successors and assigns, its affiliated companies, its authorized distributors and resellers, and any third party which has licensed to Ambor any or all of the intellectual property rights associated with the Font Software.

Font Software. Desktop: Install the Font Software on a Licensed User’s Workstation(s). Install the Font Software onto any Server on which the Font Software may only be accessed, directly or through programmatic access such as an API, AWS CLI, or Tools for Windows PowerShell, solely by your Licensed Users. Use the Font Software on such Workstations or via such Server to: create, edit, view, print and Internally distribute materials, provided that, if you create a static graphic image with a representation of the underlying typeface and typographic design or ornament, such static graphic image may not be used as a substitute for the Font Software, i.e., you may not create a substitute version of the Font Software containing different static graphic images of individual glyphs of the Font Software which then can be individually addressed by software, a website, a hardware device (e.g., keyboard) or other means to render such designs or ornaments; and/or embed the Font Software into Electronic Documents, duplicate the Font Software as an integrated part of any such Electronic Document, and Internally distribute such Electronic Document provided that the Font Software cannot be fully or partially extracted from such Electronic Documents. Make backup copies of the Font Software, provided that such copies are for your internal back up purposes only and remain in your exclusive control.
