Company may, after providing written notice to Contractor at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then current Term or Renewal Term, extend the Term for two (2) consecutive renewal terms of one (1) year each (each, a “Renewal Term”).
Except as expressly modified by this Contract Renewal, the contract shall be and remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms and shall constitute the legal, valid, binding and enforceable obligations to the parties.
