Competent Authorities. The Parties shall inform each other about the structure, organisation and division of competences of their competent authorities during the first meeting of the Sanitary and Phytosanitary Sub-Committee (SPS Sub-Committee) referred to in Article 167 of this Agreement. The Parties shall inform each other of any change of the structure, organisation and division of competences, including of the contact points, concerning such competent authorities. Competent Authorities. 1. The competent authorities for the administration of this Chapter are: (a) for Korea, the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, or its successor; and (b) for Peru, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism, or its successor. 2. Each competent authority shall designate one or more contact points for purposes of this Chapter and provide contact details of such contact points to the competent authority of the other Party. Competent authorities of the Parties shall promptly notify each other of any changes to the contact details of their contact points.
Competent Authorities. With regard to SPS measures, the authorities in the EC Party and the signatory Central African States which are responsible for the implementation of the measures referred to in this Chapter are described in Appendix II. The Parties shall inform each other in a timely manner of any significant changes to the competent authorities listed in Appendix II. The EPA Committee shall adopt any necessary amendment of Appendix II.
Competent Authorities. 1. The respective SPS authorities shall be the competent authorities in the Parties for the implementation of the measures referred to in this Chapter.
Competent Authorities. 19.1 The contracting parties shall take all appropriate and necessary measures to ensure the fulfilment of the obligations and objectives arising out of this Project Agreement.

The law enforcement authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina responsible under national law for preventing and combating the criminal offences referred to in Article 3 (1) (hereafter referred to as ”competent authorities”) are listed in Annex 2 to this Agreement. Bosnia and Herzegovina shall notify Europol of any changes to this list within three months after such changes come into effect.
