Certified Rating definition

Certified Rating means a rating of 4, 5 or 6 stars that may be awarded by the GBCA under a Certification Agreement;
Certified Rating means a rating of four, five or six stars that may be awarded by the GBCA under this Agreement;
Certified Rating means a rating of four to six stars that may be awarded by the NZGBC under this Agreement, entitling the Applicant to a limited sublicence to use

Examples of Certified Rating in a sentence

  • In particular, the Applicant may not permit any third party, including without limitation any contractor or consultant or any related body corporate of the Applicant, to use the Trade ▇▇▇▇ to promote its association with the Certified Rating, except with the prior written consent of the GBCA.

  • In the event the GBCA has awarded a Certified Rating and the Applicant has sold, transferred or otherwise disposed of its Rights, the Applicant must notify the GBCA of such disposition including providing the GBCA with a consent from the Purchaser to be bound by this Agreement.

  • This clause 7 only applies if the Applicant is awarded a Certified Rating by the GBCA.

  • Any grant of Certified Rating Certificates or Performance Rating Certificates does not guarantee the Applicant the satisfaction of any mandates or requirement for the Project to be constructed “Green”.

  • This clause 7 only applies if the Applicant is awarded a Certified Rating or Performance Rating by the NZGBC.

  • The Applicant agrees to comply with the Brand Guidelines for Green Star Projects as displayed on the Website in relation to its promotion of the Certified Rating or Performance Rating in respect of a Project.

  • The Validity Period of Certified Ratings and Performance Ratings varies as follows: Certified Rating Validity Period Design Review Certified Ratings Expires on the date the Project achieves an As Built Certified Rating; or Expires on the date 24 months after the date of Practical Completion of the Project.

  • Should a Design Review Certified Rating be awarded, the right to promote the Design Review Certified Rating is conditional on the Applicant proceeding to seek an As Built Certified Rating.

  • Designed Assessments Expires on the date the Project achieves a Certified Rating; or Expires on the date 24 months after the date of Practical Completion of the Project.

  • The Applicant agrees to comply with the Marketing Rules for Green Star Projects as displayed on the Website in relation to its promotion of the Certified Rating in respect of a Project.

  • Specified Rating means, for the Class A(2017-2) Notes, Aaa(sf) with respect to ▇▇▇▇▇’▇, AAA(sf) with respect to Standard & Poor’s and AAAsf with respect to Fitch.

  • Required Rating means a short-term unsecured debt rating of “A-1+” by S&P Global Ratings and “F1+” by Fitch.

  • S&P Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by S&P and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Specified Rating Agencies means each of Moody’s, S&P and DBRS as long as, in each case, it has not ceased to rate the Notes or failed to make a rating of the Notes publicly available for reasons outside of the Issuer’s control; provided that if one or more of Moody’s, S&P or DBRS ceases to rate the Notes or fails to make a rating of the Notes publicly available for reasons outside of the Issuer’s control, the Issuer may select any other “designated rating organization” within the meaning of National Instrument 41-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators as a replacement agency for such one or more of them, as the case may be.

  • ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.
