Extension Option definition

Extension Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c) hereof.

Extension Option means the First Extension Option, the Second Extension Option, or the Third Extension Option, as applicable.

Extension Option has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02.

Examples of Extension Option in a sentence

• The University shall exercise an Extension Option at its sole discretion.

• If written notice of the exercise of any Extension Option is not received by Lessor by the applicable dates described above, then this Lease shall terminate on the last day of the Initial Term or, if applicable, the last day of the Extension Term then in effect.

• If requested by the University, the Contractor shall enter into an amendment to this Agreement memorializing the exercise of an Extension Option (provided that the forgoing shall not be construed as requiring any such amendment to exercise an Extension Option).

• In no event will City be required to exercise the Extension Option.

• All references in this Agreement and in the other Loan Documents to the Maturity Date shall mean the applicable Extended Maturity Date in the event the applicable Extension Option is exercised.
