Extension Option definition
Extension Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c) hereof.
Extension Option means the First Extension Option, the Second Extension Option, or the Third Extension Option, as applicable.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Borrower shall not have the right to elect the Twelve-Month Extension Option if the Borrower has previously exercised a Six-Month Extension Option.
Such Extension Fee shall be fully earned and due and payable in full on the date the applicable Extension Option is effective.
