Equipment Systems definition

Equipment Systems means all items specified in the Contract which the Contractor is required to supply according to the Contract.
Equipment Systems. The light system is provided during every Rental Period, beginning at Presenter’s scheduled Entry and continuing until Presenter’s Exit. Should Presenter opt to use the audio system or a fly operator, these will be scheduled about thirty minutes prior to first use, and continue until use has ceased and equipment is returned to normal condition. Special requests and certain procedures (light focus, complex rigging, multiple audio mixes, tight time schedules, etc.) may require earlier start times and additional staff. Staff performs all setup and related tasks which involve City equipment, such as light hang and focus, equipment setup, patching, programming, cabling, overhead rigging, etc. Staff may reject certain operations requested by Presenter if such are deemed unsafe to any person, such as questionable rigging or set construction. Presenter may not rewire, program, move, or otherwise alter any City technical property. Presenter may provide their own qualified personnel to serve as follow-spot operators, audio console operators, or lighting console operators; but, doing so does not replace the need for City Staff and equipment, nor grants such personnel permission to perform duties handled by Staff.
Equipment Systems means all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, machinery, appliances, and similar building related equipment and systems owned by Seller and located on and affixed to and servicing the Land, the Real Property and/or Improvements as of the Effective Date. Equipment Systems do not include any groundwater or soil vapor extraction or monitoring wells, or any related treatment and/or support systems, utilities, piping, slurry walls, or other structures or equipment owned and/or installed by third parties for the remediation of the Ellis Property (all of the excluded matters described in this sentence are herein together called the “Remediation Equipment”). Under no circumstances shall Equipment Systems include: (a) any trade names or trademarks, (b) any intellectual or other property (including software), whether or not related to Seller’s business conducted at the Real Property or elsewhere, including any proprietary business or enterprise related materials, (c) any permits necessary for the operation of Seller’s business at the Property, (d) movable personal property owned by Seller and located at the Property, including computers, desk chairs, and monitors and/or computer systems used in Seller’s business; or (e) the Seller Equipment.

Equipment Systems means INNOVA's radio-relay Equipment, including all related software, comprised of an Outdoor Unit and an Indoor Unit, as listed in Appendix "A", described in the Technical Specifications hereof in Appendix "B"; and "Equipment System" shall mean each individual line (either Outdoor Unit or Indoor Unit) of Equipment Systems, as differentiated by frequency and data rate, included in the Equipment Systems; and Equipment System(s) shall be for the purpose of this Agreement entirely equivalent in Definition to Level 1 Product(s);

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Safety Management System has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.

  • Ancillary equipment means any device including, but not limited to, such devices as piping, fittings, flanges, valves, and pumps, that is used to distribute, meter, or control the flow of hazardous waste from its point of generation to a storage or treatment tank(s), between hazardous waste storage and treatment tanks to a point of disposal onsite, or to a point of shipment for disposal off-site.
