Excluded Matters. It is agreed that meetings under this Section shall not concern or entertain matters that are properly the subject of meetings as provided in Articles 18 and 19.
Excluded Matters. This Arbitration provision shall not apply to any claims for workers' compensation benefits, unemployment compensation benefits, or claims by the Company for injunctive relief available under this Agreement.

Excluded Matters. Notwithstanding Sections 16.2 through 16.4, any dispute, controversy or claim relating to the scope, validity, enforceability or infringement of any Patent shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to portions of this agreement as indicated by “[***]” and such confidential portions have been deleted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Rule 24b-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
Excluded Matters. Notwithstanding Section 4.1, the Trustee shall not be entitled to exercise any Voting Rights in connection with any proposal submitted to the shareholders of the Parent at a Parent Meeting (each, an "Excluded Matter"):
