Supplier Equipment definition

Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

Supplier Equipment. - means any Equipment used by the Supplier to provide any of the Services to the Customer other than CPE or the Customer Equipment;

• The Supplier must at its own risk and expense provide all Supplier Equipment required to Deliver the Services.

More Definitions of Supplier Equipment

Supplier Equipment means the hardware, machines, and other equipment owned or leased by Supplier after the Reference Date and used by Supplier to perform the Services.

Supplier Equipment means those Equipment leased or owned by Supplier and Supplier Agents that are used by Supplier and Supplier Agents to provide the Services.

Supplier Equipment means Equipment owned or leased by the Party that in its capacity as the “Supplier” hereunder, or an Affiliate or Subcontractor of such Party, and used in connection with the Services.
