Service Equipment definition

Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.
Service Equipment means equipment (including but not limited to any data collection and call routing devices, routers, switches, handsets and other telecommunications equipment) which Company (or a third party on Company’s behalf ) may from time to time deliver to and / or install at the Customer’s Premises for the purposes of providing the VOIP Service, as specified in the Commercial Schedule, remains the property of the Company at all times;

Examples of Service Equipment in a sentence

  • Service Equipment does not include the Network or any hardware or software that is the subject of a separate supply contract between the Subscriber and the ZoomOnline.

  • Where the Service Equipment is replaced, the Subscriber must return the original Service Equipment to ZoomOnline.

  • In the event of failure of the Service Equipment, ZoomOnline will repair or replace (at its discretion) the Service Equipment where such failure is covered by the warranty of the original equipment manufacturer.

Service Equipment means equipment and apparatus, including but without limitation, any multiplexer, telecommunication apparatus, computer hardware, communication channel, routers or software embodied therein, to be installed at the service location by us in order to make available the service to you;
