Accessory equipment definition

Accessory equipment means any equipment associated with the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility, including but not limited to cabling, generators, fans, air conditioning units, electrical panels, equipment shelters, equipment cabinets, equipment buildings, pedestals, meters, vaults, splice boxes, and surface location markers.
Accessory equipment means equipment other than antennas used in connection with a small wireless facility or other infrastructure deployment. The term includes “transmission equipment” as defined by the FCC in 47 C.F.R. § 1.6100(b)(8), as may be amended or superseded.
Accessory equipment means equipment used in conjunction with a Small Cell Facility and generally at the same location of the Small Cell Facility, including, but not limited to, electric meters, concealment elements, telecommunications demarcation boxes, grounding equipment, power transfer switches, cut-off switches, and vertical cable runs.

Accessory equipment means any equipment installed, mounted, operated or maintained in close proximity to a personal wireless telecommunication facility to provide power to the personal wireless telecommunication facility or to receive, transmit or store signals or information received by or sent from a personal wireless telecommunication facility.

Accessory equipment means any equipment serving or being used in conjunction with a wireless communications facility as defined herein, including, but not limited to, utility or transmission equipment, power supplies, generators, batteries, cables, equipment buildings, cabinets and storage sheds, shelters or other structures.
