Data Processing Equipment definition
Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.
Data Processing Equipment means any equipment or system of equipment used in the storage, manipulation, management, display, reception or transmission of information.

Data Processing Equipment means an association of an electric digital data processor classifiable under group G06F 7/00, with one or more arrangements classifiable under groups G06F 1/00 - G06F 5/00 and G06F 9/00 - G06F 13/00.
