Spares definition

Spares means a part or a sub-assembly or assembly for substitution which is ready to replace an identical or similar part or sub-assembly or assembly including a component or an accessory;
Spares means parts and components of rolling stock vehicles which are available for the purpose of carrying out maintenance services on rolling stock vehicles;
Spares means the items to be designated as spares by the parties hereto at the time of the delivery of the Vessel.

Spares means the whole units or modules of the Equipment used to replace or repair Equipment that is not in Proper Operational Condition.
