Development Amount definition

Development Amount has the meaning given to it in the Template Project Agreement set Analysis" out at Section 2 (Design and Build Development Agreement) of Schedule 7 (Template Project Agreements);

Development Amount means $25,000,000 per development, or $50,000,000 in the aggregate, which limits shall apply in respect of amounts to be expended following the date hereof; provided, however, such $50,000,000 amount may be increased, at the option of the Company in its sole discretion, in which case the Capital Expenditure Amount shall be correspondingly reduced by the amount of any such increase; provided further, no such reduction to the Capital Expenditure Amount shall reduce the amount to be expended in respect of the hotel tower expansion at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas or the Atlantic City Caesars parking garage. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for the purposes of calculating such $25,000,000 and $50,000,000 amounts, any amounts already budgeted for in the 2004 and 2005 budget provided to Parent on or prior to the date hereof shall not be considered. For purposes of calculating the Development Amount, any amounts incurred pursuant to Section 5.01(a)(iv) or 5.01(a)(viii) shall be aggregated.

More Definitions of Development Amount

Development Amount means funds to be used in the development and publishing of the Licensed Game equal to $300,000 plus additional amounts up to a maximum Development Amount of $3,000,000.
Development Amount means, with respect to a Project, the portion of the Project Loan Amount which is available to be disbursed for Qualified Project Expenditures which relate to, or will be required by the Project Borrower in connection with, the Development Work, as such amount may be adjusted from time to time by mutual consent of the Lender and the Project Borrower evidenced by a written statement or agreement executed and delivered by the Lender and the Project Borrower.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Development Fees means fees imposed to offset capital costs of providing public infrastructure, public safety or other public services to a development and authorized pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-463.05, A.R.S. Section 11-1102 or A.R.S. Title 48 regardless of the jurisdiction to which the fees are paid.

  • Development Well means a well drilled inside the established limits of an oil or gas reservoir, or in close proximity to the edge of the reservoir, to the depth of a stratigraphic horizon known to be productive.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Project Year means the 12 month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending 12 months thereafter and each successive 12 month period following thereafter;

  • Development Work means the work of development to be performed on or with respect to the Land (including, without limitation, the installation of utilities, roads and all related on-site and off-site improvements) in connection with the development of the Land for the subsequent construction thereon of Homes, all of which work and construction shall be completed by or on behalf of the Borrower in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, but shall not include the Construction Improvements.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.
