Each Development Milestone Payment in this Section 8.3 shall be payable only upon the first achievement of the corresponding Development Milestone Event and no amounts shall be due for subsequent or repeated achievements of such Development Milestone Event, whether for the same or a different Licensed Product.
Each Development Milestone Payment will be payable only once on the first occurrence of the corresponding Development Milestone Event for the first Licensed Product, regardless of the number of Licensed Products that achieve such applicable Development Milestone Event.
