Developer Project definition

Developer Project means the redevelopment of Cutts Mill Building 7 on Saco Island to be completed by Developer at Developer Property and originally consisting of a facility of approximately 9,440, square feet and any addition thereto during the Term.
Developer Project means the manufacturing facility and related site improvements to be constructed by Developer at Developer Property and originally consisting of a facility of approximately 40,000 square feet and any addition thereto during the Term.

More Definitions of Developer Project

Developer Project means Developer’s installation of the Improvements on the Premises, as contemplated by the License Agreement.
Developer Project means the acquisition and construction of a (commercial/retail/residential) development and certain appurtenant properties and improvements as described in the Brownfield Plan.

In the event that the BZA, the Plan Commission or other regulatory body or agency of the Town shall require modifications to the plans and specifications for the Developer Project and such modifications are acceptable to the Developer, such term shall mean the plans and specifications for the Developer Project as so revised. If such modifications are not accepted by the Developer within seven (7) days following a request to modify such plans and specifications, the Developer may elect to terminate this Developer Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.1 hereof, and in such event, the Town Parties shall have no further obligations hereunder.
Developer Project means the rehabilitation and renovation of certain existing buildings and structures located generally along Xxxxxx Avenue between Second and Third Streets within the Project Area, all in accordance with the provisions of the TIF Project Plan.
