No Further Obligations. Except as expressly provided above or as otherwise required by law, the Company will have no obligations to Employee in the event of the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
No Further Obligations. Upon any termination of the Agreement by the Company for "Cause" pursuant to Section 2 of the Part B, or by reason of the Employee's death or disability pursuant to Section 3 of the Part B, neither the Company nor any subsidiary or division thereof shall be liable for or be required to pay to the Employee any further remuneration, compensation or other benefits hereunder.
No Further Obligations. Except as expressly set forth in this Section 5, Executive shall not be entitled to any other payments or benefits under this Agreement as a result of the termination of Executive’s employment.
No Further Obligations. The amounts and benefits provided for in this Section shall be in lieu of any termination or severance payments or benefits for which Employee may be eligible or entitled, now or in the future, under any of the plans, policies, or programs of Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. In addition, the amounts and benefits provided for in this Section shall be inclusive of all statutory severance payable or otherwise provided to Employee in relation to Employee’s employment by Company and the termination of Employee’s employment under this Agreement and compensation for all required notice periods. Except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Section, from and after the date of such termination, Employee shall (i) have no right to receive any further compensation (including salary or bonus) hereunder, and, (ii) except to the extent required by law, cease to be covered under or be permitted to actively participate in any benefits plans or programs.
No Further Obligations. This Agreement imposes no obligations on RCDevs except for the obligations specifically listed in this Agreement. RCDevs shall have no obligation to provide any support, maintenance, consultancy, training, upgrades or new releases for the Software. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement does not include any support or maintenance terms. The Software support and maintenance services will be delivered according to RCDevs‘ Software support and maintenance terms, which are available from RCDevs in a separated agreement.
No Further Obligations. Upon termination of this Agreement, Party B shall have no further obligation to render any Technical Support Service hereunder to Party A.

The amounts and benefits provided for in this Section 9 shall be in lieu of any termination or severance payments or benefits for which you may be eligible or entitled, now or in the future, under any of the plans, policies, or programs of Company or any of its subsidiaries or Affiliates. In addition, the amounts and benefits provided for in this Section 9 shall be inclusive of all statutory severance payable or otherwise provided to you in relation to your employment by Company and the termination of your employment under this Agreement and compensation for all required notice periods. Except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Section 9, from and after the date of such termination, you shall (i) have no right to receive any further compensation (including Base Salary or Bonus) hereunder, and, (ii) except to the extent required by law, cease to be covered under or be permitted to actively participate in any benefits plans or programs.
No Further Obligations. Except as expressly provided above or as otherwise required by law, TCF shall have no obligations to Executive in the event of the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
No Further Obligations. From and after the Effective Date, no party to the Purchase Agreement will have any further obligation under, as a result of or in connection with the Purchase Agreement, and each party to this Termination Agreement releases each of the other parties from any such obligation.
