Power Project definition
Power Project or “Project” shall mean the Wind Power generation facility of Contracted Capacity of ………..[Insert capacity] MW, located at [Insert name of the place] in …. [Insert name of the District and State] having a separate control system, metering and a single point of injection into the grid at Delivery/Interconnection/Metering point at ISTS substation or in case of sharing of transmission lines, by separate injection at pooling point. This includes all units and auxiliaries such as water supply, treatment or storage facilities; bay/s for transmission system in the switchyard, dedicated transmission line up to the Delivery Point and all the other assets, buildings/structures, equipment, plant and machinery, facilities and related assets required for the efficient and economic operation of the power generation facility; whether completed or at any stage of development and construction or intended to be developed and constructed for the purpose of supply of power as per this Agreement;
Power Project or“Project” shall mean the Solar Power generation facility ofContracted Capacity having a separate control system,metering and separate points of injection into the grid atDelivery point. The Project shallinclude all units and auxiliaries such as water supply,treatment or storage facilities, bay(s) for transmissionsystem in the switchyard, dedicated electrical line upto the Delivery Point and all the other assets,buildings/structures, equipment, plant and machinery,facilities and related assets required for the efficient andeconomic operation of the power generation facility,whether completed or at any stage of development andconstructionorintendedtobedevelopedandconstructe dforthepurposeofsupplyofpowerasperthis Agreement;. “Preliminary DefaultNotice” shallhavethemeaningascribedtheretoinArticle13of thisAgreement;
Power Project means a power generation project identified by TCAP to supply electric energy to one or more TCAP Members.

In case of the Project being financed through Financing Agreement(s), save as expressly provided in this Agreement or the Insurances, the proceeds of any insurance claim made due to loss or damage to the Power Project or any part of the Power Project shall be applied as per such Financing Agreements.

Power Project or “Project” shall mean the solar power generation facility injecting solar power into the grid at Inter-connection Point. This includes all units and auxiliaries such as water supply, treatment or storage facilities, bay/s for transmission system in the switchyard, dedicated transmission line up to the Delivery Point and all the other assets, buildings/structures, equipment, plant and machinery, facilities and related assets required for the efficient and economic operation of the power generation facility, whether completed or at any stage of development and construction or intended to be developed and constructed for the purpose of supply of power to DISCOM(s) as per terms of the PPA;
Power Project means the Solar Power generation facility as per Schedule-I having separate points of injection into the grid at interconnection/metering point at ISTS substation or in case of sharing of transmission lines, by separate injection at pooling point. Each project must also have separate control systems and metering.
