Designated Investments definition

Designated Investments means the Investments listed on Schedule 8.02(x).
Designated Investments means direct obligations of, or obligations fully and unconditionally guaranteed as to timely payment of principal and interest by, the United States or any agency or instrumentality thereof, provided that such obligations are backed by the full faith and credit of the United States.

Designated Investments means Investments made after the date of this Indenture in (i) any Subsidiary of the Company that is not a Wholly Owned Restricted Subsidiary or (ii) any Joint Venture, provided that such Subsidiary or Joint Venture is engaged in one or more Permitted Businesses.
