Authorized Investments definition

Authorized Investments means: any investment which may be authorized by the Commission but does not include restricted investments as specified in the Offering Documents from time to time.
Authorized Investments means short term interest-bearing or discount debt obligations issued or guaranteed by the Government of Canada or any province thereof or a Canadian chartered bank (which may include an affiliate or related party of the Trustee), maturing not more than one year from the date of investment, provided that each such obligation is rated at least RI (middle) by DBRS Inc. or any equivalent rating by Canadian Bond Rating Service.

Examples of Authorized Investments in a sentence

  • Authorized Investments are those as defined in the clause 2.1.1 of this Offering Document.

More Definitions of Authorized Investments

Authorized Investments means those investments authorized by K.S.A. 10-131, as amended and supplemented, and by other provisions of State law applicable to the City.

For the purpose of this Section, “Affiliate” means affiliated companies within the meaning of the CBCA, and includes Computershare Investor Services Inc. and each of their affiliates within the meaning of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario).
