Under the terms of the Order, New York Life Investments, on behalf of the Portfolio and subject to the approval of the Board of Trustees (the “Board” or “Trustees”) of the Trust, is permitted to retain and materially amend subadvisory agreements with unaffiliated subadvisors without shareholder approval.
