Quoted Investment definition

Quoted Investment means any Investment which is quoted or listed or in respect of which permission to deal is effective on any Recognised Stock Exchange.

Quoted Investment means any Investment which is quoted or listed or in respect of which permission to deal is effective on any Recognised Stock Exchange or OTC Market (see footnotes below for the definitions of “Recognised Stock Exchange” and “OTC Market” respectively).

Quoted Investment means a Portfolio Investment for which market quotations are readily available from an Approved Pricing Service, or, in the case of Eligible Quoted Senior Bank Loan Investments, from an Approved Pricing Service or an Approved Dealer. All Eligible Quoted Senior Bank Loan Investments and Eligible Debt Securities must be Quoted Investments.

More Definitions of Quoted Investment

Quoted Investment means any Investment (as defined in footnote 5) which is quoted or listed or in respect of which permission to deal is effective on any Recognised Stock Exchange (as defined in footnote 10) or OTC Market (as defined in footnote 11).
