Authorized Investment definition

Authorized Investment means any type of instrument, security, participation or other property in which Cash Collateral may be invested or reinvested, as described in Section 5(f) hereof and Appendix 4 hereto (and as such Appendix may be amended from time to time by written agreement of the parties).
Authorized Investment means any security in which the Authority is authorized to invest under Chapter 2256, Texas Government Code.

More Definitions of Authorized Investment

Authorized Investment means Pakistan origin investments transacted, issued, traded or listed inside or outside Pakistan and includes any of the following:

Authorized Investment as used in this Article VI means the legal investments of public funds as set forth in C.R.S. § 24-75-601.1, as amended, and further governed by § ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇, et seq., as amended.
