Customised Software definition

Customised Software means software (including modifications, enhancements, improvements or adaptations of software which is Proprietary Intellectual Property) and related Documentation specially written or developed for MIMOS pursuant to or in connection with this Contract of which the Intellectual Property Rights shall at all times (unless otherwise agreed by the Parties) vest with MIMOS.
Customised Software means software designed, written or modified to your special order;
Customised Software means software developed by Supplier under the Main Agreement, and any Workarounds, Updates and Upgrades delivered to participant under this Agreement and/or the Main Agreement, including all appertaining Documentation and fonts which are available from Supplier.

Examples of Customised Software in a sentence

  • In the course of performing the Contract, the Supplier shall deliver Standard Software and Customised Software as specified in the Delivery Description (Appendix 3).

  • Releases A minor update of Standard Software or Customised Software, including corrective action.

  • Standard Software Software not classified and recorded as Customised Software in Appendix 3.

  • Customised Software and any work created through or ensuing from the other party’s performance of the Agreement, including methods and techniques specially used for VodafoneZiggo for installation, implementation or other activities, as well as any change in any of the foregoing.

  • The Documentation must be thus so as to enable the Customer to use the Deliverables and enable a third party, on fair and usual terms, to undertake Operation and perform maintenance of Software and equipment, as well as changes to Customised Software as described in the Contract.


More Definitions of Customised Software

Customised Software means the Object Code and Documentation of Software Customised by GAAP for Client, including associated Updates and Upgrades which may be provided to Client;
Customised Software means and comprises all modifications, enhancements, and customisations to the Proprietary Software, and all related materials in eye readable form including the user instructions, technical literature to be created and developed by the Contractor or a third party specifically and exclusively for the Client in accordance with the Specifications together with the media on which such Software and materials are recorded and printed but excludes the Proprietary Software;
Customised Software means the Base Application as customised by the Modifications, but excludes source code;
Customised Software means software (including source program listings and Documentation), and all related know how, techniques and ideas, developed by the Supplier for the RTA under this Agreement. Customised Software includes all software provided or to be provided to the RTA under this Agreement which is not clearly stated in this Agreement to be Supplier Software, Systems Software or Third Party Software.
Customised Software means the Application as customised by the
Customised Software any bespoke software that the Company may agree to develop for the Customer pursuant to separate terms and conditions and any applicable Objectives, from time to time;
Customised Software means certain software programs created by or on behalf of the Vendor for the purposes of the Business as specified in schedule 1, forming part of the Listed Intellectual Property Rights, and includes the source code and object code thereto.
