Systems Software means software designed to support, guide, control, direct, or monitor information technology equipment, other system software, mechanical and physical components, arrangements, procedures, programs, services or routines.
Systems Software means those programs or programming (including the supporting Documentation, media, on-line help facilities and tutorials) that perform (i) tasks basic to the functioning of Equipment and which are required to operate the Applications Software or a system; or (ii) tasks other than as performed by Applications Software of a system.
