The Company and the Company Subsidiaries implement reasonable measures designed to prevent the introduction of Malicious Code into Company Proprietary Software, including firewall protections and regular virus scans.
Neither the Company nor any Company Subsidiary has any duty or obligation (whether present, contingent, or otherwise) to deliver, license, or make available the source code for any Company Proprietary Software to any escrow agent or other Person who is not, as of the date of this Agreement, an employee of the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
