Company Proprietary Software definition

Company Proprietary Software means all Software owned by the Company.
Company Proprietary Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
Company Proprietary Software means all Software developed by or on behalf of the Company that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries owns or purports to own, other than any web-based Software for which the source code is customarily accessible to end-users, and all Intellectual Property embodied in or related thereto.

More Definitions of Company Proprietary Software

Company Proprietary Software has the meaning set forth in Section 3.17(d).
Company Proprietary Software means any and all computer programs, including any and all software implementations of algorithms, models and methodologies, whether accessed locally or remotely, whether in source code or object code for which the underlying Intellectual Property Rights are Company Owned IP.
Company Proprietary Software means any software material to the business of the Company and the Company Subsidiaries, taken as a whole that is owned by the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
