Customer Rights definition

Customer Rights has the meaning given in clause 4.3.1.
Customer Rights means any easements, licenses, rights of access or similar rights granted by any customers for purposes of providing chilled water contained in any contracts with customers of the Company or any of the Company’s Subsidiaries.

More Definitions of Customer Rights

Customer Rights means those customers of the Business described in Schedule 3.1(ee);
Customer Rights means any and all rights of Customer in and to any intellectual property and proprietary rights of Customer, including without limitation domestic and international rights in and to (i) trademarks, commercial symbols, service marks and trademark registrations or applications therefore (collectively, "Customer Marks"); (ii) Consumer Participant lists and data (collectively, "Customer Data"); (iii) trade secrets, trade dress, copyrights, copyright registrations or applications therefore, licenses, approvals and consents; and (iv) any contract rights related to any of the foregoing.

Related to Customer Rights

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • Customer Contracts means any Contracts pursuant to which the Company has provided or will provide products or services in connection with the Business.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Sui Generis Database Rights means rights other than copyright resulting from Directive 96/9/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases, as amended and/or succeeded, as well as other essentially equivalent rights anywhere in the world.

  • Proprietary Software means computer software developed for and owned by the Failed Bank for its own purpose and use.

Font Software shall include all bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.
