International Rights definition

International Rights means the exclusive Intellectual Property rights in the Assets, including, but not limited to, the right to make, have made, use, sell, license, reproduce, modify, make Improvements, create derivative works, distribute, display, transmit, and publish the Assets anywhere in the world, other than in the territories of Canada and the United States;
International Rights means each, any and all Broadcasting rights which may be exploited worldwide except in the Host country of the National Federation of the Organiser, excluding de facto the National rights.
International Rights the rights to use the trade names and trademarks of the Company and its Subsidiaries and to merchandise their proprietary goods outside the United States of America and any franchise or similar rights with respect thereto.
